Boat trips
Boat trips along the Thames offer excellent views at the city
from the river, and often go to other points like Greenwich.
There are also some restaurant and party boats where you can
combine a sightseeing tour on the water with a delicious meal
or bit of dancing.

Bus Tours
Venice has its gondolas, Prague has its horse-drawn carriages
and London has its double decker buses. View some of London's
famous sights atop an open-top upper deck. Highly recommended
for first time visitors.
Most of the operators allow you to buy tickets when you arrive
at the bus stop (you will see a sign with the name of the
company). Many feature a hop-on, hop-off facility, allowing
you to break your journey to visit sights along the way and
rejoin the tour on another bus. Usually there will be live
English commentary and some have audiotapes with other languages.
